Immanuel Presbyterian Church

Immanuel is a community of faith in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati.  We are small yet diverse–people who love God, care for one another and want to be good neighbors.  If you are looking for a community where you will find inclusive welcome, belonging and opportunities to grow in faith we are the place for you!

We are so glad to welcome Nano Beraia as our new organist/accompanist.   Nano is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music following completing master’s degrees at both Bowling Green State University and the Norwegian Academy of Music.  Nano is an accomplished pianist and the recipient of multiple awards and accolades.

A native of the country of Georgia, Nano recently returned home for her wedding.  Her husband, Malik Halce, is also a pianist and pursuing a doctoral degree at CCM.

This is what Nano had to say about applying for the position with Immanuel,

 “I became interested in this position because your church’s values resonate with mine. It is important for me to be part of a safe, accepting, and generous environment where everyone treats one another with respect and feels free to be themselves. A community built on love and collaboration is, in my view, the healthiest environment – one in which core Christian values are clearly reflected. I also appreciate that you invite musicians and present music that is consistently interesting and diverse. I would be happy to contribute creatively to this vibrant musical life.”
